Mark G. Gilchrist, MD, FAAP

Dr. Mark is a graduate of Chelmsford High School and The University of Miami. He received his MD from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children in Orlando, Florida. He is the past Chief of Pediatrics at Lowell General Hospital. He currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Lowell General Physician Hospital Organization, and Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Tufts Medicine Integrated Network. He is also on the Board of Trustees of The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell.

Lisa M. Sevigny, MD, FAAP

Dr. Lisa Sevigny is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine and did her pediatric residency training at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She joined the practice in July of 2001. Board certified in pediatrics, she has a strong interest in special needs children. Dr. Sevigny is married to a physician and they have a son, Freddy, and a daughter, Keiko.

Sheila M. Galvin, MD, FAAP

Dr. Sheila Galvin is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at The Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts New England Medical Center. Dr. Galvin has practiced pediatrics both as a community physician, as well as providing pediatric urgent care. She is married to a Lowell General Hospital Obstetrician, and has three children.

Anita R. Shah, MD, FAAP

Dr. Anita Shah is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She completed her training at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. She was part of a group practice in Dallas, Texas and has since relocated to Massachusetts in September of 2017. An Avid traveler, aspiring chef and fitness enthusiast, she is a wonderful addition to our practice. Dr Shah is currently the Chief of Pediatrics at Lowell General Hospital.

James M. Goodman, MD, FAAP

Board-certified in Pediatrics and accepting new patients, Dr. Goodman received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Austin. He joined our practice in May 2023. Outside of work, Dr. Goodman enjoys hiking with his family and spending time outdoors exploring the natural beauty of New England.

Nursing Practitioners

Kathy Marson, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Kathy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Anselm’s College, and her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Boston College. She spent time as a preceptor in the nursing program at Boston College. In addition to general pediatrics, Kathy has spent over twenty years, working with the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Program at Floating Hospital for Children in Boston.

Sarah Morasse, Family Nurse Practitioner
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts. Sarah has spent time working in Family medicine as well as in urgent Care. Sarah joined our practice in the summer of 2018.

Kayla Simard, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Kayla received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her Masters of Science in Nursing at Regis College. She has been working in primary care pediatrics her entire career. In addition to being a pediatric nurse practitioner, Kayla is also a Certified Lactation Counselor. Kayla joined our practice in Spring 2023.

Nursing Staff

Miriam
is our clinical manager. She received her BSN in nursing from The University of Lowell. Prior to joining our practice, she was a school nurse, and also worked in adult hospice care.

Victoria
received her Board certification in Nurse Coaching in 2023 previously received her RN from Mount Wachusett Community College , and received her LPN from Greater Lowell Vocational and Technical School. She worked with Dr. Sevigny before coming here in 2002.

Camille
received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from UMass Lowell and her Associates of Science in Nursing from Middlesex Community College. She comes to us from LGH where she was a Registered Nurse on the Pediatrics floor from 2006-2019.

Kelley
received her LPN from the Tewksbury State Hospital School of Nursing. She joins us with a great deal of experience in office based pediatrics.

Michele
trained at Shawsheen Tech and then received her MA from Northern Essex Community College. Prior to joining us, she worked in The Emergency Department at Saints' Medical Center. In addition she worked for Mayo Medical Labs.
